NOT AT BEAR LAKE!!!
This summer, June through August, our high temperatures have been in the 80’s only 16 days (out of 92), twice at 88 (June 1 and June 28) and the rest at 84 or below. The average highs were 74.3 – the average lows were 54.8.
Plus the water level in the lake has gone UP 3 inches since the last part of June. In the past 20 years, the average LOSS is 6.8 inches. See chart from USGS data. Can you imagine where the level will be after this winter?
